The Pulse Doesn't Lie.
We Provide the Context.

Every cardiac ejection leaves a complex physiological wave signature across your peripheral vascular network. Pulsomics couples continuous optical pulse captures with comprehensive human contextual inputs—blood panels, metabolic history, and fitness evaluations—to train AI models that interpret whole-body health.

01

Finger Perfusion Advantage

The finger arterial capillary bed provides up to 100x higher optical perfusion index than wrist wearables, delivering clinical-grade photoplethysmography (PPG) waveforms.

02

Signal Paired with Context

Raw pulse signals are matched against blood laboratory markers, VO₂ max treadmill benchmarks, and self-reported wellness logs to unlock accurate predictive modeling.

03

Population-Scale Spectrum

Built across diverse age groups, skin tones, body compositions, and ethnicities across 180+ countries to ensure algorithmic fairness and global accuracy.

Comprehensive Biomarker Engine

One Pulse.
Mapped Across 9 Physiological Systems.

By tracking arterial stiffness, micro-vascular rebound, and autonomic nervous tone, Pulsomics connects subtle pulse wave variations to internal physiological organ systems.

Biomedical Target Map

Continuous Multi-System Biomarker Decoding

Short windows of raw pulse data captured overnight map back to vital bodily networks:

Research & OEM FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Essential details on compliance, data integrity, hardware support, and research oversight.

Who can take part in Pulsomics research?

Any user aged 18 or older wearing an Ultrahuman Ring AIR or Ultrahuman Ring PRO can opt into active studies via the Ultrahuman mobile application.

How is subject data secured and anonymized?

Data is strictly de-identified prior to model ingestion under ISO27001, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant infrastructure. Subject data is never sold or shared with commercial advertisers, employers, or insurance providers.

Does raw signal capture drain smart ring battery?

No. Pulsomics utilizes optimized, short-window PPG sampling routines during overnight sleep cycles, preserving normal 4-6 day (Ring AIR) or up to 15 day (Ring PRO) battery performance.

Is Pulsomics certified by institutional ethics committees?

Yes. Pulsomics protocols are registered with the Clinical Trials Registry – India (CTRI/2026/08/115584), recognized by the WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform network, with approval from Medstar Speciality Hospital Ethics Committee (ECR/1324/Inst/KA/2019/RR-24).
